We welcome organizations and vendors interested in tabling in a shared community resource room during the 19th Summit. Deadline to submit is Sunday, January 15.
What is the Community Resource Room?
The Community Resource Room is a dedicated space during the Summit Against Racism for attendees to visit and meet organizations and vendors. High traffic times are most often during lunch. Below are some commonly asked questions.
Will I have to bring my own table?
There was an overwhelming interest in the community resource room last year so we are encouraging groups to share half-tables and bring a table to share and split with other organizations. If a half table is provided to you or you bring your own, you will have to dress the table yourself. Neither the Summit nor the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary will provide table cloths.
What if I want to leave information at an unattended table?
We encourage community resource organizations to experience the Summit as participants and attend workshops. If you prefer to just have your information available for attendees to pick up, there will be space for you to leave materials on a shared, unattended, resource table.
How can I secure a space for my organization to have a half-table or leave information?
